AISI H13 is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium hot work tool steel as per ASTM A681 standard.It has good resistance to abrasion at low and high temperature,good toughness, and good resistance to thermal fatigue cracking (also known as heat checking).H13 provides excellent machinability with constant hardness during production activities,and also has excellent through-hardening properties and very limited distortion during hardening.

H13 hot work tool steel has excellent properties which is widely used in hot work and cold work applications. Typical applications include die casting dies for aluminium, magnesium and zinc, extrusion dies for aluminium and brass, liners, mandrels, pressure pads, followers, bolsters, die cases, die holders and adaptor rings for copper and brass extrusion. H13 is used to produce hot stamping and press forge dies, split hot heading dies, gripper dies, hot punching, piercing and trimming tools. Other applications include plastic moulds, shear blades for hot work and hot swaging dies. |

Q: What is the minimum order quantity? Will it be acceptable if my first order is small?
A: We are willing to do our best to support your trial order quantity, so we can start the business even with 1 or 1kg. Because we have the confidence to cooperate with your company for the second time.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: New customers generally have two methods of payment:
1) 30% telegraphic transfer as deposit, 70% balance with the copy of bill of lading;

Q: What is your lead time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons. For normal product size, only 5 days' inventory is needed. If special size starts new production, delivery is 7 days.
Q: What about the sample? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we are willing to provide samples before ordering. If the sample is from stock, it will be free; If the sample is from a new product, we will charge some reasonable fee, but this fee will be deducted from your first order invoice.
