15CrNiMnMoV Structural Steel

15MnNiCrMoV belongs to low carbon alloy tempered steel, mainly used in fan system, commonly known as fan blade steel.

15MnNiCrMoV low carbon alloy quenched and tempered steel structure is quenched martensite, tempered soxhlet, after quenching and tempering treatment can be groove processing and welding. It IS mainly used for high strength WEar-resistant and tensile steel plate of fan, rotor of blast furnace blower unit, accelerating impeller and blade of centrifugal compressor.

15MnNiCrMoV Chemical composition:

Carbon C: 0.13 ~ 0.18;

Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37;

Manganese Mn: 1.20 ~ 1.50;

Phosphorus P: ≤0.015;

Sulfur S: ≤0.015;

Chromium Cr: 0.70 ~ 1.00;

Ni: 1.10 ~ 1.50;

Molybdenum Mo: 0.35 ~ 0.50;

Vanadium V: 0.05 ~ 0.10;

Copper Cu: 0.25 or less.

15MnNiCrMoV Mechanical properties:

After tempering and tempering, the mechanical properties of the steel plate meet the requirements in the following table:

Tensile strength (MPa)≥1100;

Yield strength (MPa)≥750;

Elongation A(%) ≥25;

Impact energy Ak(J) ≥52;

Shrinkage rate ψ% ≥25.

Delivery status: hot forging + normalizing/annealing. We can also provide the required delivery status according to customer requirements.
